Follow the dot with your eyes — create change through precise eye movements

⚠️ For Trainee Practice Only — This tool is designed to help you become familiar with the eye movement patterns. You can use it yourself for practice, but remember to always go all the way to the peripheries — as if looking past the edges of the screen. This is NOT intended for use with clients.

For optimum results: Move your eyes all the way to the periphery — and then beyond. Imagine you are looking past the edges of the screen in every direction. Full screen mode is ideal, but regardless of screen size, your gaze should always extend further than the display itself.

Introductory Exercise: Basic Pattern

How to do the Eye Movements:

Keep your head still and move only your eyes.

You want to move your eyes all the way to the periphery — technically off the page completely.

👂 Left & Right (Horizontal)

Move your eyes as if you're looking into your ear — all the way left as if looking into your left ear, then all the way right as if looking into your right ear.

🧠 Diagonals

Look up toward one eyebrow as far as you can — as if looking into the brain — then all the way down to the opposite shoulder. Back up and down, six times. Then switch: up to the other eyebrow, down to the opposite shoulder, six times.

Identity Pattern Exercise:

∞ Infinity Pattern

Trace a smooth infinity shape with your eyes, moving horizontally side to side while the path curves up and down. Keep your head still and follow the pattern all the way to each edge.

Do all of these eye movements six times each.
